26 minutes!!! Which is still pretty shitty compared to Zuzana… However, it took me more than 38 minutes to complete zwow#1 3 months ago and I wasn't even able to do a regular push-up burpee back then. So I'm really happy and quite impressed by my progress. Keep it up, these workouts really do pay off! 🙂
I'm using these as a 2nd workout of the day. I pretty much kept up with Zuzana, but couldn't for the life of me get all the way down in my pistol squats. Being a 2nd workout, these are great, and I look forward to doing another on Monday! Sunday is a day of rest.
my first time i only completed 2 rounds, second time i did not measure, 3d time I measured 19:33 (about 2-3 months ago), this time is 16:59. human body is awesome!!! thanks Zuzka!!
This was a good meat and potatoes typa blast! I remember the very first time I started the zwows, it took me an eternity to get those plank raises done. They are still hard but I have the balance and physio-awareness now to get 'em knocked out in a timely manner presently tho!

My pistol squats are nit good yet, but as a tip you can do Pistols between a doorway and hold to the sides, that will allow you to go all the way down, try to hold the least possible.

But it's okay because I'm going to get back into the shape that I was in and blow my first time out of the water. Zuzka is such an inspiration!
If you're happy with where you are then that's good, but if you want to feel better and have more energy then you CAN do this! It just takes a lot of patience with yourself and your body, determination and discipline, but it is possible!
my time was 16:33 but I wasn't very good at the pistol squats so they were kind of like pulsing but I went down as low as I could. Hopefully next workout I can go down lower with the pistol squats, lol

I did this in 20:14 three weeks ago, today I finished in 17:06. I modify the pistol squats by grabbing a chair on the way up.
